Connecting to Salem Press Online
Connecting to the Salem Press Online Database is Quick & Easy
IP ACCESS IN-LIBRARY
1. Set up IP access so students and researchers can automatically connect to https://online.salempress.com when they're in the library.
As a library administrator, you can enter your IP address or IP range into your account. Visit https://online.salempress.com and click on Administrator Login in the upper right hand corner. Or, call (800) 221-1592 and we can set it up for you.
REMOTE ACCESS FROM HOME
2. Set up Remote Access, so students and researchers can log in from home.
We support all proxy vendors, so you can enter your proxy information into your account as a library administrator. If you don't use a proxy, you can set up a remote password for students to use from home, or you can set up access by referring URL. Call (800) 221-1592 and we can set up your remote access too.
CONNECT FROM YOUR CATALOG
3. Download MARC Records, for free. Visit the Marc Records page to get started.
Our MARC records include a link to the digital version, so your students and researchers can connect to the Salem Online Database right from your catalog. Check out the example below:
